| Q: |
Does Rapp service clients located anywhere? |
| A: |
Absolutely. Because Rapp is highly specialized, clients are widespread, not only domestically, but internationally. Richard Rapp and/or a manager from production, media or Internet marketing can visit your US or international location for all important meetings, and communicate on line and by phone throughout the year. On average, we meet with distant and nearby clients equally, as often as needed, so physical location is unimportant. |
 |
| Q: |
How does Rapp charge? |
| A: |
We quote on everything in advance and require sign-offs before proceeding. No annual contracts or retainers, and no charge for routine meetings. |
 |
| Q: |
What is the minimum budget Rapp can work with? |
| A: |
Because we are focused on the growth of our clients and their marketing budgets, instead of on our short-term profit, we have no starting budget requirement. However, since we invest significant up-front time familiarizing ourselves with new clients and in developing plans, we limit our involvement to manufacturers having reputable, growth-minded management looking more for a trusted insider with whom to grow, than an outside vendor to bid on tasks. Annual sales volume of our clients runs the gamut, from $1MM to $1BB. |

 |
| Q: |
Who owns the work Rapp prepares? |
| A: |
Our clients own all photos, artwork, copy, digital files, and everything else for which they have paid. |
 |
| Q: |
Who would handle our account? |
| A: |
Richard Rapp supervises all accounts, and depending on the program, the Media Director, Internet Marketing Manager, Production Manager and/or Public Relations Manager also meet personally with clients, and routinely communicate online and by phone. |
 |
| Q: |
How would we begin? |
| A: |
Although we have extensive knowledge of technical products, we would need to learn everything about your specific products/services, your competitors and your market situation. Only then can we recommend and price-out a program that maximizes your return on investment, all within your budget. Upon your approval of the plan in principle, we would submit quotations for each aspect of it, and require your sign-off on each prior to proceeding. |
